The hand-ground A-2 high carbon tool steel is a full quarter-inch thick, with a full tang, making this the sharpest, most durable pack-axe you’ll ever own. The built-in knife sharpener will complement your other Rapid River knives nicely. Whether chopping wood for a campfire, or splitting the pelvis on a giant Yukon moose, our Redi-Axe will always be ready to perform. Other handle materials available upon request.
